It doesn’t matter how much you invest. Because that’s subjective, 2 USDT may be too much for a person and on the contrary 200 USDT may be too less for another.
What matters is your PNL percentage…..
If you go through my previous posts, I told that future can’t be predicted but technically analysis is used for probability, backed by patience and safeties…..
1…… Deployed Fibonacci retracement Start Point 0.00857 and End Point 0.02323
2…… Amongst the ratios the golden are 0.382, 0.5 & 0.617.
3…… Price of the coin retraced to 0.1415 that corresponds to 0.617 (golden ratio).
4…… Moreover price also rebound from 99 MA and already above 233 MA
5…… Finally RSI is also below 50
I always take positions with small margins and better my position and margin if price of the coin falls. If it doesn’t, no worried will take small profits and if falls well even better will increase the margin and better my position. Finally ready for better gains :)
Have anyone tried this. You can do 2 things with it…..
1….. Get mor profit If the long term trend is bullish and you have a good opening position, you can at the same time take profits with corrections
2….. Make ur position better If you have taken a position and not sure about the trend. What u can is that take long as well as short position. When u get sufficient profit from short, close the short and add the same profit into the long position making it better….
The Virtue of Patience in Trading: A Key to Long-Term Success
Trading in financial markets can be a thrilling yet challenging endeavor. It's a world where fortunes can be made or lost in the blink of an eye. In this dynamic environment, one quality stands out as a beacon of light for traders seeking long-term success: patience. Patience in trading is not just a virtue; it's a vital skill that can make the difference between consistent profitability and constant frustration. The Role of Patience in Trading1. Avoiding Impulsive DecisionsPatience is the antidote to impulsive trading decisions. The pressure of the markets, coupled with the desire for quick profits, can tempt traders to make snap decisions. This often leads to losses. By practicing patience, traders can resist the urge to chase after every price fluctuation and make more reasoned, well-informed choices.2. Navigating Market VolatilityFinancial markets are inherently volatile. Prices can swing dramatically within minutes or hours. Traders with patience are better equipped to weather the storm. They understand that market fluctuations are a part of the game and do not rush into panic selling or buying when things don't go as planned.3.Letting Winners RunAnother aspect of trading where patience shines is in allowing profitable trades to run their course. Many traders tend to close out winning positions prematurely out of fear that the market will reverse. However, by exercising patience, traders can capitalize on favorable trends and maximize their gains.4. Risk ManagementPatience is closely linked to proper risk management. A patient trader will wait for the right entry points, set stop-loss orders to protect their capital, and avoid over-leveraging. This disciplined approach can significantly reduce the risk of large losses.5. The Psychological AspectTrading is not just about understanding charts and market dynamics; it's also about managing one's psychology. Patience plays a pivotal role in this regard:6. Emotional ControlPatience helps traders maintain emotional control. It prevents them from making impulsive, emotionally driven decisions that can lead to financial disaster. A patient trader is less likely to let fear and greed dictate their actions.7. Stress ReductionTrading can be incredibly stressful, especially for those who are constantly monitoring the markets. Patience allows traders to reduce stress by accepting that they cannot control everything and that temporary setbacks are part of the journey.8. Long-Term FocusPatience encourages traders to adopt a long-term perspective. While short-term gains may be appealing, focusing on long-term goals and strategies can lead to more consistent and sustainable success.ConclusionIn the world of trading, patience is not just a virtue; it is a powerful tool for achieving long-term success. By cultivating patience, traders can avoid impulsive decisions, navigate market volatility, and make more informed choices. Patience also helps in managing the psychological aspect of trading by promoting emotional control, reducing stress, and encouraging a long-term focus.Traders who understand the value of patience and integrate it into their trading strategies are more likely to thrive in the dynamic and challenging world of financial markets. While it may take time and practice to develop this skill, the rewards in terms of consistent profitability and reduced stress are well worth the effort.
