Mainnet Milestone: Nocturne is live! 🎉

We are thrilled to officially announce that Nocturne, our testnet, is live, running, and ready for the community to join!

After the bootstrap phase, the consensus was reached at iteration 0 more than 99% of the time, which is what we hoped to see so far!

To quote @HeinDauven from our AMA:
"There is no KYC requirement for transferring DUSK on mainnet. You can freely transfer DUSK or use it to deploy smart contracts. The only place where you'll see KYC is on the edges (on-off ramps) or for RegDeFi"
