In my opinion, Ripple won't be submissive to SEC's penalty. Otherwise, Ripple would be weak after working 12 years.
Because it was already declared it's not a security last summer.
The head of enforcement for crypto at SEC quit after serving 9 years.
What does it mean? Less power? Less decision making? I could be wrong.
