$IO is again rising right now.
It is rising again , the reason is obvious there were too many short positions opend and may be people were expecting it to drop around $3. It reversed and just rising to $6 again.
There are some resistence levels but hopefully it will clear those . one thing for sure it is not coming back to $3 in a short period .
