I have seen people here trying to do a technical analysis of $NOT . The reason this will not work at the moment is because they are ignoring the activity and news around the project.
Phase 2 of Notcoin compels the community to hold onto their tokens. After consolidation around 0.008, the token will break for 1c on the basis of buyer demand.
All I can tell you is that if you are holding NOTCOIN tokens, do not sell for less than 50c.
