• Elon Musk's Tesla has announced that it will accept Dogecoin as a payment method for some of its products.

Tesla announced on its website that products that accept payment in #Dogecoin will display a DOGE symbol next to the order button.

To make a purchase, customers simply need to transfer Dogecoin to Tesla's Dogecoin wallet and make payment.

In early March, #Elon Musk hinted that Dogecoin could be used to pay for #Tesla cars in the future. Today, that reality has come to fruition. As part of a recent update, Elon Musk-led Tesla has officially included Dogecoin as a payment method on its website. The payment page has been updated to add Dogecoin, a popular crypto coin among the crypto community.

In March, Elon Musk enthusiastically promoted the #meme coin to a crowd at the Tesla Gigafactory near Berlin, Germany. When asked if electric car manufacturers would be able to accept Dogecoin as a way to pay for cars, Musk expressed confidence that the company should consider this option in the future.

As part of a recent update, Tesla officially included Dogecoin as a payment method on its website. The payment page was recently updated to include Dogecoin, a popular cryptocurrency among the crypto community.

However, Dogecoin remains the only way to pay for items on Tesla's online store. According to the postscript, Dogecoin can now be used to pay for certain items.

Only Dogecoin wallets can be used to purchase Tesla products. The prices of all Tesla products are clearly displayed in Dogecoin. Prices include all relevant taxes as stated in the FAQ.
