While FUD continues to spread in every social media fighting against crypto but fortunately Binance super trending in China being promoted as the best crypto exchange around the world!
Recently SEC is trying to destroy crypto adoption which is gaining momentum with tremendous growth 📈, they just trying to undermine crypto exchanges like Binance and Coinbase but in some reality, it prevails in fighting against crypto adoption but not otherwise.
On their side, The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), think that has been taking action against crypto exchanges because they believe that some of these exchanges are operating in violation of federal securities laws. Specifically, the SEC is concerned about the lack of regulation and transparency in the cryptocurrency market, which can make it easier for bad actors to engage in fraudulent activities such as market manipulation, insider trading, and money laundering. The SEC's goal is to protect investors and ensure that the crypto market operates fairly and transparently.
Question: Does this reason that leading FUD to Crypto Industry?

We respectfully disagree with the SEC's allegations that Binance operated as an unregistered securities exchange or illegally offered and sold securities, including by offering BNB, or the BUSD fiat-backed stablecoin. We work diligently to comply with laws and regulations applicable to our business.
Also, Binance on the other hand always answers that as Exchange has stated that they are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations and have taken steps to improve their compliance efforts. They have also announced plans to establish a centralized headquarters and work with regulators to ensure compliance in the countries where they operate.
So above is a simple way how Binance trying to show transparency to its users and to protect them.
