HSBC has recently released Tokenized Gold (XAU) for their client. 🪙
One of the Big Banks HSBC is already tokenizing gold for investor in Hong Kong and become the first tier 1 international bank to use RWA-T as a blockchain.
The HSBC Gold Token is now available via HSBC Online Banking and its mobile app.
“We are proud that HSBC Gold Token, powered by HSBC Orion, is the first retail product in Hong Kong that is based on distributed ledger technology, as authorized by the Securities and Futures Commission,” said Maggie Ng, HSBC Hong Kong head of wealth and personal banking.
