According to Foresight News, Tesla has announced the launch of its autonomous taxi, Cybercab, which is expected to enter production by 2026 or 2027. Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, stated that the cost of operating these self-driving vehicles will be very low, akin to 'personalized mass transit.' He anticipates that the average operating cost of Cybercab will be around $0.20 per mile over time.

Additionally, Musk revealed that Tesla plans to begin utilizing Model 3 and Model Y vehicles for 'fully autonomous driving without supervision' in Texas and California starting next year. This move is part of Tesla's broader strategy to advance autonomous driving technology and reduce transportation costs.
