Historical data shows that approximately a week ago, Circle's hot wallet transferred 13 million USDC to the BlackRock BUIDL Fund's designated address. Following this transfer, the BlackRock BUIDL Fund began moving USDC funds to Ondo Finance and several other unspecified addresses.
