According to BlockBeats, on July 15, UTXOSwap, the first decentralized exchange (DEX) based on the RGB++ Layer, officially launched its mainnet. UTXOSwap leverages cross-chain functionality without bridges and smart contracts to unlock liquidity for assets on all UTXO chains.

UTXOSwap employs an off-chain matching and on-chain verification model, allowing users' intent orders to be directly matched with AMM liquidity pools. In the future, the platform plans to introduce third-party liquidity providers. Currently, UTXOSwap supports asset trading within the RGB++ and CKB ecosystems and aims to expand to more UTXO ecosystem assets. The platform aspires to become a significant infrastructure component for Bitcoin Finance (BiFi).
