According to Odaily, Scam Sniffer has released its mid-year 2024 report on phishing attacks. The report reveals that during this period, 260,000 victims on the EVM chain suffered total losses of $314 million. Among these victims, 20 individuals each lost over $1 million, amounting to a total of $58 million.

Notably, the losses incurred from phishing attacks so far this year have already surpassed the total losses for the previous year, which stood at $295 million. The report highlights that most large-scale phishing attacks involved staking, re-staking, Aave collateral, and Pendle tokens.
