According to Fortune Magazine, Ripple, the blockchain company behind the XRP token, has been ranked 13th out of 50 as 'the best workplace in technology' for 2023. The American business magazine estimated that 94% of Ripple's employees consider it 'a great place to work,' compared to 57% of employees at a typical US-based firm. Additionally, 98% of Ripple's staff reported feeling warmly welcomed during their first days at the company, and 96% are supportive of the management team, describing it as 'honest and ethical in its business practices.'
Ripple has also been recognized in other prestigious lists, such as People's Magazine's '100 Companies Who Care For Employees And Society.' Previously, the company was ranked as the 4th Best Workplace for Parents (2022), the 21st Best Workplace in Technology (2022), and the 25th Best Workplace in the Bay Area (2020). However, Ripple has faced regulatory challenges in the United States, leading CEO Brad Garlinghouse to reveal that 80% of the firm's staff hiring will be in countries with 'clear rules,' such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom, rather than the US.
