Oklahoma Senator Dusty Deevers filed the "Bitcoin Freedom Act," which allows employees to opt to receive their pay in Bitcoin voluntarily and permits suppliers to accept BTC payments.

The legislative proposal is eligible for consideration at the 60th legislative session, which starts on February 3.
