I redeemed 250 points for 2.USDC and when I claimed then it showed error and I didn't get those USDC and now it shows redeemed...all my efforts for a month for 2 dollars went away

Hello, can anyone explain to me where all my points went? I didn’t spend them or buy anything with them, so where have they gone? Yesterday I had 80+, and this morning 0. Is this a bug or what? Thank you
