PNUT non-fungible token (NFT) copyright holder, known on Twitter as @Squirrel_Dad12, has filed a lawsuit against major cryptocurrency exchange Binance. This marks a significant escalation in the ongoing dispute over the alleged unauthorized use of PNUT's intellectual property. Squirrel_Dad12, who also happens to be the creator of the popular NFT project, announced the lawsuit via Twitter, stating that he has "filed a lawsuit against Binance over unauthorized implementation of PNUT intellectual property (IP)." He emphasized his commitment to protecting his creations and sending a strong message that unauthorized IP use will not be tolerated. This legal action comes after Squirrel_Dad12 initiated a lawsuit against the PNUT project team for alleged copyright infringement. Additionally, he launched his own token called Justice (JFP) to support his legal efforts.
