IMHO, "they" have to stop crashes like yesterday's. The trauma of 3 years bear market has to be ended, otherwise the retailers and new investors will feel FEAR to invest in this market. Hence, exit liquidity for "them" will not arrive in the market.

We are seeing that $BTC has hit $100K milestone, even then, there is no major hype and Euphoria. This is due to continued crashes and FEAR. Rethink Whales!
