Microstrategy Chairman Michael Saylor has agreed to deliver a three-minute presentation to Microsoft’s board of directors regarding the potential benefits of investing in bitcoin. During a recent X Spaces event hosted by Vaneck, Saylor revealed that he was approached by the National Center for Public Policy Research (NCPPR), which has been promoting the proposal. Saylor emphasized the importance of incorporating bitcoin into the investment strategies of major corporations, suggesting that it could stabilize stock values and reduce risk. Despite Saylor’s outreach to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella for a private discussion being declined, he remains committed to presenting his case to the board. The shareholder proposal is set for a vote on December 10, although Microsoft’s board has recommended against it, citing their existing evaluation of various investable assets.
