$SAND holders, whales, traders, owners have been donating to Binance more than 6b usd through different manipulative triggers like stop losses, liquidations, fees etc. Its more than was 4b penalty and CZ prison time in US. SAND is only 1 asset in their manipulative portfolio, since 2017 there could be 10000-100000 different assets that were under their manipulative control. Which means they couldve been scammed out of market more than 1.5t usd through different manipulations. There are no jurisdiction that allows exchanges to manipulate with assets at all! They are also most active $BTC trader which should be forbidden aswell. Trump won the elections and Elon going to lead $DOGE department and Elon will be one of the advisors aswell, i doubt that Binance penalty next time is less than 4b, it should be minimum 400b to be proportional with their behaviour! Little hint to Elon to speed up with this case!
