  • This Promotion is only applicable to verified Binance.com users within the MENA & South Asia region (excluding United Arab Emirates & India). 

  • Only users who have never subscribed to Simple Earn Locked Products before 2024-10-21 23:59 (UTC) will be eligible. 

  • Users must have completed account verification to be eligible for this Promotion.

  • Changes to the Simple Earn Rewards Rate will be published on the Platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms & Conditions and Risk Warning for more information prior to using Simple Earn. 

  • Rewards:

    • Binance reserves the right to adjust APRs at any time after the Promotion Period without prior notice.

    • Reward Calculation Period: From 00:00 (UTC) on the day after users subscribe to Locked Products, until the end of the subscription period.

    • Reward Payout: Start distributing to users’ Spot Wallets on a daily basis 2 days after subscription.

  • Users can view their Locked Products assets by going to Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.

  • Unlock period for Locked Products: One day. 

  • About early redemption for Simple Earn Locked Products: Users may redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption, digital assets will be returned to users’ Spot Wallets, and users will not be entitled to any rewards. Any distributed rewards (accrued or otherwise) will be deducted from the refunded principal. It will take no longer than 72 hours after the end of the Locked Simple Earn Term to receive the digital assets back into users’ Spot Wallets.

  • Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currencies locked in the Simple Earn Locked Products subscriptions to Simple Earn Flexible Products at the end of the agreed subscription period.

  • A large amount of redemption requests might delay redemption temporarily. Redemptions may resume upon return of liquidity. 

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
