**Bitcoin Struggles to Break $70K Despite ETF Milestones**

Bitcoin's price remains shy of the $70,000 mark, even after hitting a three-month high of $69,487 on Oct. 21. This comes as US-based spot Bitcoin ETFs crossed $20 billion in net flows on Oct. 17, a feat that took gold ETFs nearly five years to achieve.

Bitfinex analysts suggest the sluggish price action may be due to delayed effects of ETF inflows, which can take days to impact the market. Despite significant inflows, including $1.17 billion from BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF, the price impact has been muted.

Optimistically, Bitcoin closed the week above $69,000, hinting at a potential rally to retest the $71,000 range.
