Right now, the BTC dominance is hovering around the high this year.
The next possible tap is at the upper line of this parallel channel which is now having crucial level of 60%.
If this is the case with BTC's price is now on the way to reclaim the $60k as resistance, by the time the bitcoin dominance reaches 60%, there is likely a possible rally for altcoins.
The stronger altcoins right now is in the Solana ecosystem, I think you should watch it carefully.
