According to BlockBeats, the total value locked (TVL) in Ethereum's Layer2 has sharply fallen to $38.13 billion, marking an 11.13% drop on July 7.

The top five in terms of locked value include Arbitrum One with $15.25 billion, experiencing a 10.27% decrease over the past week. Base follows with $6.55 billion, a 9.57% drop in the same period. OP Mainnet, with a total locked value of $5.5 billion, saw the most significant decrease of 14.95%. Blast and ZKsync Era, with locked values of $2.47 billion and $1.13 billion respectively, also experienced declines of 14.46% and 9.86% over the week.
