Dear Binance Users,

As part of our commitment to maintaining a transparent and high-quality trading platform, Binance will implement the following changes starting 2025-01-02:

Monitoring Tag Updates

Added Monitoring Tag:

STMX (StormX)

TROY (Troy)

Removed Monitoring Tag:

CVX (Convex Finance)

SUN (Sun Token)

Seed Tag Removal

The Seed Tag will be removed for the following tokens:

ARKM (Arkham)

BLUR (Blur)

JTO (Jito)

TIA (TIA)

What This Means for Users

Tokens with the Monitoring Tag are subject to closer evaluation. Binance reserves the right to delist tokens if they do not meet platform standards.

Tokens no longer carrying the Monitoring Tag or Seed Tag have shown sufficient progress and compliance with Binance's standards.

Please review these changes and make any necessary adjustments to your trading strategies. For further information, refer to Binance's official announcement page.

Based on recent reviews, Binance will extend the Monitoring Tag to include more tokens, and remove the Seed Tag for selected tokens on 2025-01-02.
The tokens to be added to the Monitoring Tag list are: 
StormX (STMX)
TROY (TROY)
The tokens to be removed from the Monitoring Tag list are:
Convex Finance (CVX)
Sun (SUN)
The tokens to be removed from the Seed Tag list are:
Arkham (ARKM)
Blur (BLUR)
Jito (JTO)
Celestia (TIA)
Tokens with the Monitoring Tag exhibit notably higher volatility and risks compared to other listed tokens. These tokens are closely monitored, with regular reviews conducted. Keep in mind that tokens with the Monitoring Tag are at risk of no longer meeting our listing criteria and being delisted from the platform. 
To gain trading access to tokens marked with the Monitoring Tag or Seed Tag, users will need to pass the quiz every 90 days on the Binance Spot and/or Binance Margin platforms, and accept the Terms of Use. The quizzes are set up to ensure users are aware of the risks before trading tokens with the Monitoring Tag or Seed Tag. Users may find the Monitoring Tags and Seed Tags on the corresponding Binance Spot and Binance Margin trading pages, as well as on the Markets Overview page. A risk warning banner will also be displayed for all tokens with the Monitoring Tags and Seed Tags.
Binance will conduct periodic project reviews and decide if the Monitoring Tag and Seed Tag should be added to or removed from tokens as per its latest findings. These criteria are considered during the review:
Commitment of team to project
Level and quality of development activity
Trading volume and liquidity
Stability and safety of network from attacks
Network / smart contract stability
Level of public communication
