According to BlockBeats, wallets associated with PulseX and PulseChain have once again spent 147.6 million DAI in the past 20 hours to purchase 38,810 ETH at a price of $3,803 per ETH. Previously, it was reported that PulseX founder Richard Heart's associated wallet held over 700 million DAI, accounting for 15.5% of the circulating supply. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a lawsuit against Richard Heart, accusing him of selling unregistered securities and violating federal securities laws, starting in 2023.
