Ethereum's #Layer2 blockchain powered by SVM #Eclipse secures $50M in a Series A funding round co-led by #Placeholder and #HackVC . Other investors in the round included #PolychainCapital, #DelphiDigital, #Maven11, #DBA, and #FenbushiCapital.

Eclipse plans to launch its mainnet in the second quarter of 2024, having already introduced a devnet and testnet version of its protocol. Following the mainnet release, Eclipse intends to support hackathons, accelerators, and organize community events for its users.

⚡️ Saga has announced the closure of its $5M seed extension round

Saga raised $5M in a funding round led by Placeholder. Additional investors include Longhash Ventures, Dispersion Capital, Red Beard Ventures, Tykhe Ventures and Com2uS. The investment brings Saga's total funding to $13.5M and comes just months before Saga launches its mainnet in January. Saga is a Web3 scalability protocol for the automated deployment of dedicated blockspace.
