On December 28, 2023, the company completed the sale of 5,750,000 special warrants, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of approximately CAD $28.75 million​​​​. The special warrants were priced at CAD $5.00 each, contributing to the substantial total raised. Each warrant allows the holder to obtain one unit of the company without additional payment.
