Das Programm besteht aus zwei Hauptkomponenten: einem monatlichen Stipendium von 5.000 US-Dollar für bis zu 200 VIP-Market Maker und einer Auszahlung von 50.000 bis 500.000 US-Dollar pro Monat anteilig nach Maker-Volumen.
