BTC is not pumping dumping now, it is trying to hold the levels. This is a very good sign of big players absorbing the selling force at such high levels. We can expect a bull run anytime now. But keep in mind, there always comes a steep crash of ~30% before big runs, and BTC target after crash is around 2x of the minimum price in that crash.
