Anime & Manga to Enter Web3?

According to the Animoca Brands’s press release announcement, the four partners will make unique contributions. It aims to use MyAnimeList and Animoca Brands Japan’s strong industry networks and deep community engagement. This will attract talent and expertise from traditional anime and manga communities.

Secondly, Animoca Brands and San FranTokyo will leverage technical assistance in the form of broad Web3 ecosystems, blockchain technologies and infrastructure. Anime Foundation plans to use the ecosystems to ‘unlock new fan engagement’.

Moreover, the Anime Foundation has also announced a partnership with Mocaverse. Mocaverse is a marquee growth network that features an interoperable infrastructure layer. The firm has recently announced the launch of Realm Network.
