According to BlockBeats, Namada, a privacy-focused blockchain, has announced that Phase 1 of its genesis stage will conclude on September 17 at 5:00 AM UTC+8. During Phase 2, known as the delegation phase, users will still be able to create validators, but they will not have the ability to edit or delete them.
