According to Foresight News, Balancer has launched its V3 codebase. The new architecture of V3 is centered around simplicity, flexibility, and scalability. The updated features include a redesigned vault, a temporary accounting system utilizing EIP-1153, re-entrant pool lifecycle hooks, native support for yield-bearing tokens, and 100% boosted pools.
The V3 vault more formally defines the requirements for custom pools, allowing Balancer to shift its core design patterns from the pools to the vault. This move is expected to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of the system.
