According to Foresight News, SingularityNET has announced on platform X that the proposal for a merger with Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol has been approved by the majority of AGIX token holders. The vote for the merger proposal has now concluded.
Previously reported by Foresight News, SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol are set to merge to form an Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) alliance. As part of this merger plan, their respective tokens will be combined into a single Artificial Intelligence token named ASI. The market value of the ASI token is expected to reach $7.5 billion after full dilution.
