According to the announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on July 5, this new company will manage investment projects outside of THY's main operations.
This move is seen as part of THY's strategy to broaden its investment goals and evaluate opportunities in different areas. The company aims to diversify its financial strength and continue its growth with this new formation.
THY Investment Management Inc. will operate as a 100% subsidiary of THY and will enable more effective management of investments outside the company's main areas of operation.
