ENTER AND EXIT CALCULATIONS
Calculate your profits and losses according to your equity and lot size. For example we take 125X leverage for trading BTCUSDT with 0.010 lot size that makes $1 Profit or Loss to every $100 price move. So according to money management, we must have $100 in equity to put 0.010 lot size in trade to risk 5% of equity at a stop loss $500 away from our entry point. Now we can TP at 1:2 or some times 1:3 as price gets $1000 away from our entry points.
Here we do two things in addition, First we replace our stop loss at entry point once the price gets away $200-300 and second step we close half of the lot on price getting $500 away from our entry points. This is a conservative kind of trading but it kept us stay in the market and never deposited again once done at first time. Further, we end up in profit at the end of the financial year. It is slow but it is profitable.
