据彭博社报道，英国风投机构Illuminate Financial为其第三只基金募资2.35亿美元，纽约梅隆银行（Bank of New York Mellon Corp.）、Euroclear、摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase & Co.）、巴克莱银行（Barclays Plc）和杰富瑞金融集团（Jefferies Financial Group Inc.）等参投。

据悉，该基金是Illuminate Financial目前旗下最大的一只基金，将投资于为金融机构提供技术服务的初创公司。CB Insights数据显示，金融科技公司在2023年前三个月融资150亿美元，较上年同期下降约50%。

据了解，Illuminate也投资了数家加密公司，包括数字资产市场基础设施公司Copper、Blockdaemon、Baton Systems和机构质押平台Kiln。
