Cryptocurrency company Ripple, the company behind the XRP token, has made the Fintech 100 list for its efforts to “modernize cross-border payments.” Other companies recognized for their work in this area include payment providers Nium, Tazapay, Terrapay and Thunes. This event coincided with Ripple's recent victory in court against the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ripple was previously ranked 13th on Fortune magazine's 2023 "Best Places to Work in Tech" list.
