What is happening with the #toncoin and #TONBlockchain ? What could be expected in the coming time?

Talking about #toncoin it is the 10th-ranked crypto by market cap and recently outranked. Recently ton coin slipped 20% after its founder Pavel Durov was arrested by the French government amid the Telegram app's privacy concerns.

To begin with Telegram, it is an app that highly encrypts the user's data and does not share the personal chat with anyone, I mean anyone neither the app owner nor any third party. Telegram is preferred over any other messaging app for a lot many reasons but one that outperforms it is its ability to function at multiple devices at the same time.

Pavel Durov, #TelegramCEO , has been in Russia for a big span of his life and then moved to France. He holds citizenship of France and even the UAE, and people also say he holds that of Russia as well.

After the arrest, Russia has been loud about releasing Pavel and setting him free. Pavel in one of his statement has said that his app is compliant with the EU laws and is regulated under the same.

The controversy is impacting the price of ton in the market and also affecting other cryptos as well.
