- Adam D'Angelo, CEO of Q&A site Quora

- Nicole Seligman, former Sony general counsel

- Four technical and legal experts from the firm

- The committee's first task is to evaluate the company's ongoing operations and security measures.

- They will submit a recommendation report to the board of directors within 90 days.

- These recommendations will then be announced to the public within the scope of security measures.
