Leading European educational institutions are collaborating with Binance Academy, the crypto learning hub of Binance, to provide university-accredited courses. The courses will provide individuals with a better grasp of blockchain technology and digital assets by delving into important subjects and disciplines within the ever-evolving Web3 ecosystem.
Binance Academy hopes to increase the number of students who learn about blockchain technology by extending the scope of its educational initiatives via partnerships with notable universities and business institutions in Europe. The European Business Institute (EBI) in Luxembourg, Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE), and ESCP Business School, which has several locations around Europe, including Madrid and Turin, are the university partners. All of the courses were created and recorded in collaboration with renowned academics who provide blockchain and cryptocurrency-related courses on campus.
Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) is offering a 4-week course on “Digital Assets and Blockchain Industry.” Developed in collaboration with Dr. Jakub Jedlinský and researcher Kareem Abdallah, the course will cover the following topics: Bitcoin, the inception and growth of the cryptocurrency market, perspectives on the present and future of cryptocurrencies, their applications, and their impact on established financial systems.
The seven-week European Business Institute (EBI) of Luxembourg course was created in collaboration with Dr. James Mulli, the academic dean and president of the university. The course “Blockchain and P2P Fundamentals” will address the many industry-specific uses of blockchain technology. Digital currency mining and trading, the creation of smart contracts, CBDCs and cryptocurrency regulation, and other subjects are covered. The useful applications of blockchain in asset management, insurance, cross-border payments, supply chain management, healthcare, and other fields will be demonstrated to learners.
ESCP Business School and Dr. Marcus Schmalbach, a professor of blockchain and artificial intelligence, will collaborate to create a four-week curriculum. Participants will get a comprehensive grasp of the ever-evolving landscape of digital assets and its consequences for investors and organizations by attending “Blockchain Mastery: From Fundamentals to Advanced Corporate Solutions.” From the origins of Bitcoin to the disruptive rise of cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Cardano, students will study a wide range of subjects. In-depth, the course explores ideas like smart contracts, tokenomics, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain consensus processes.
The courses are priced at 10 USDT for enrollment, with a discount price of 4 USDT at launch*, in order to make them accessible and affordable. In the hopes that this certification will help open up new professional options within the blockchain sector, participants will get a co-branded certificate from the university and Binance Academy upon completion of their courses.Yi, a co-founder of Binance stated:
