Jake acknowledged the ongoing legal conflict between him and Joe, which had previously been a private matter. He expressed a desire for an amicable resolution despite Joe's decision to make the issue public. Jake emphasized that he and the rest of the Rug.AI team have not had access to the company's X account since April 10, 2024, and denied any allegations of misconduct made by Joe. He also noted Joe's decision to step back from daily operations, stating it was Joe's own choice. Jake reaffirmed his commitment to continuing the development of Rug.AI alongside the team. Earlier, Joe Ayoub had announced on X that he would no longer be involved in the project's daily activities due to the equity dispute with Jake but would pursue legal action to secure his share in the company.
