According to Odaily, Meow, the co-founder of Jupiter, has expressed the importance of PPP (Participant-Platform-Protocol) in a post on platform X. He warned that without PPP, the tech industry could self-destruct before achieving its world-changing ambitions. Currently, incentive measures are heavily leaning towards PVP (Participant-Value-Protocol), which, according to Meow, is making the industry feel worse than ever before.
He stressed the need to invent new PPP mechanisms to demonstrate that there are better alternatives to PVP. Without such alternatives, he fears the industry will continue to blame each other and shrug off responsibility, accepting the status quo as 'just the way the game is played'. Meow's comments highlight the ongoing debate within the tech industry about the best ways to incentivize and structure interactions between participants, platforms, and protocols.
