According to Foresight News, Ethereum NFT project Doodles has announced plans to migrate its avatar customization platform, 'Stoodio', from Flow to Coinbase's Base network. The migration is scheduled to take place in mid-July. The original Doodles profile picture (PFP) series will remain on Ethereum, with only Stoodio and various NFT wearable devices and character customizations transitioning from Flow to Base.
In addition to this, Doodles will commemorate the migration by offering free Base NFT minting through Zora. This move signifies a significant shift in the NFT project's operations, as it transitions from one platform to another. The decision to retain the original Doodles PFP series on Ethereum while moving other aspects of the project to the Base network indicates a strategic approach to the migration.
