According to Odaily, a recent analysis by on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa suggests that Grayscale may have commissioned Flow Traders to sell 5812 ETH, equivalent to approximately 21.75 million USD. This sale is suspected to be part of the management fee for the Ethereum Trust Fund. It is known that Grayscale charges a 2.5% management fee annually for ETHE. Based on the current holdings of 2.97 million ETH, this would generate an annual income of 74,000 ETH, equivalent to about 280 million USD.
From July 2023 to the present, Grayscale has transferred 34,270 ETH to Flow Traders, equivalent to approximately 88.22 million USD. Based on past operations, the transferred ETH is expected to be deposited into various exchanges in the coming days.
