One or two coin may be touch in that price, that’s why it’s showing average, or this is all Binance trick 🐐

I need some clarifications and understanding.
So today I had 45 USD which i wanted to invest in #BIO . Immediately it was launched, i was fast and managed to buy BIO at 0.02996344 of which now the total BIO was supposed to be (45/0.029996344)=1,500.183 but instead it was 51.6. After I created order my balance went to 0 in my account and also the BIO coins was not showing on my portfolio, i was worried and thought i have messed but tbh i did the right thing. And after 2mins the balance again reflected in my account and the PNL was +40USDT and there was only 51 BIO. Now this made me to doubt I was cooked maybe.
So according to my thinking, the time created the order with 45USDt at 0.02999 amounting to 1500 BIO COINS when the price pumped and settled at 0.81673 I was supposed to have (1500*0.81673)=1,225.095USD.

Can someone help me understand what caused all of this.
