If we see another aggressive ⚡️ move before a reversal, the majority of inexperienced traders will likely incur losses, failing to re-enter at the right time and recover their stop-losses.
While several key levels have been hit perfectly, others remain untouched. Bitcoin hasn’t reached any significant key level, as the move primarily targeted high trading volume coins and major charts liquidity levels. Some have been reached, but others didn't.
Because of this, stop-losses on long positions should not be at break-even, but above it. It's far better to be stopped out with a profit than risk liquidation, especially since tight stop-losses may fail to trigger if another ⚡️ move occurs. Consider taking partial profits and resist the greed to ride 100% of your position to the upside. Greed often leads to unnecessary losses.
