Bitwise Asset Management is making waves by acquiring Ethereum staking service provider Attestant, as reported by Bloomberg. This move marks Bitwise's expansion beyond its Bitcoin ETF roots. Attestant manages $3.7 billion in assets for institutions outside the U.S., and its team of 11 will now join Bitwise.
Bitwise is also launching a new staking exchange-traded product (ETP) for Aptos tokens, set to debut on the Six Swiss Exchange on Nov. 19. This product is part of Bitwise's growing interest in crypto staking, offering potential returns of around 4.7%. Staking remains a key attraction for Ethereum, with potential annual returns of about 4% for investors.
