Avalanche Ambassador DAO Launches New 'Country Lead Pilot Program' for Stronger Global Positioning
Avalanche Ambassador DAO is soon to launch a new initiative, the Country Lead Pilot Program, in its effort to upscale global influence while developing a stronger community-driven ecosystem. A small set of selected high-performing ambassadors would lead the pilot later this month in regions like India, Nigeria, Kenya, Turkey, and Colombia.
The pilot will last for three months and will work out the dynamics of having localized leadership roles that can drive efforts in each unique market effectively. With leaders having networks already established and a deep understanding of their local ecosystems, the DAO looks toward expanding outreach and engagement at the regional level. This is much-needed groundwork as Avalanche scales up the efforts that set up a team globally that will cover diversified regions.
By 2025, the ideas the Ambassador DAO has are pretty ambitious. Finally, the lessons learned from the pilot, Country/Regional Lead Official, custom paid roles like Social Media/Communications Lead, University Relations Lead, and Bounty & Grant Lead, will be in place for a full rollout. These roles are going to be essential in helping drive the mission of the DAO and empower the Avalanche community in a sustainable, decentralized way.
It will evolve the Ambassador Program from an internal initiative into a community-driven DAO. Avalanche envisions a grassroots-innovation-based decentralized organization and empowers its members by channeling voices and power to build up the future.
The "Country Lead Pilot Program" is a significant stride toward that vision in which Avalanche is building an entity that will support, uplift, and empower the community to lead from the ground up.
