This happened because the transaction fee of 0.002 will be deducted first before the transaction of 0.5 ton would be made and if by any means the transaction fee affects your remaining ton balance the payment will be canceled reducing your ton to 0.49 which still indicates your money in your ton keeper though the fees have already been charged but the payment failed.
