MicroStrategy unveils its plans to sell $700M in senior convertible notes to fund additional #bitcoin purchases and buyback debt. The private offering will be subject to market conditions and come due in 2028. The announcement follows MicroStrategy previous plans to sell $500M worth of convertible senior notes, earlier in June.

MicroStrategy is an independent publicly traded analytics and business intelligence company The firm has acquired a total of $9.5B worth of bitcoin #BTC since beginning purchases in 2020, paying an average of $38,585 per coin.
